LaborĀ Doula
Your doula will be by your side during labor and delivery. Using a labor doula decreases your chance of a cesarean, has been known to shorten labor and can decrease your need for medication. She will meet with you before your baby is born to learn your hopes and expectations for labor and be available throughout your pregnancy to address all your questions, needs and concerns. Your doula is on-call for you 24 hours a day, two weeks before and after your due date (approximately weeks 38-42).
